1. Australian Consumer Law (ACL) Guarantees
Our goods and digital services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
2. Digital Asset Returns & Corrupted Files
Due to the downloadable nature of digital vector assets, refunds are not provided for change of mind once files have been downloaded. However, if a digital asset file is defective, corrupted, or does not match its product description, we will replace the file or issue a full refund upon verification.
3. Physical Craft & Custom Order Cancellations
Custom physical items (such as Direct-to-Film transfer sheets, die-cut vinyl stickers, or custom keychains) cannot be cancelled once physical production has commenced unless the finished product fails to meet agreed specifications.
