Desai Studio provides original digital vector illustrations, repeating pattern swatches, custom craft printing services, and design educational masterclasses. Access to services and digital assets is governed by these Terms and our specific Licence Tier agreements.
2. Digital Assets & Intellectual Property
All visual artwork, vector SVG files, mascot designs, text, and educational materials published on Desai Studio properties remain the exclusive intellectual property of Ruksina Sai & Damien (Desai Studio partnership). Purchasing a digital item grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence pursuant to the chosen Licence Tier.
3. Ordering, Checkout & Staged Release Rules
During the starter release stage, direct storefront checkout is restricted. Products may be listed for preview or available through external verified integration channels (such as Etsy or manual quote consultation). No binding purchase contract is formed until payment is confirmed by an authorised payment provider.
4. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
Users must not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share raw vector files, asset source codes, or membership download links. Unauthorised sharing of digital assets or student credentials will result in immediate revocation of account access.
5. Governing Law & Consumer Rights
